Barstool Sports is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented marketer to join our Integrated Marketing team in New York. In this role, the candidate will help with strategic management, market positioning, and opportunity development of Barstool’s custom advertising programs. The Integrated Marketing Associate is responsible for working with internal stakeholders to develop groundbreaking marketing concepts and partnership proposals for the Barstool Sports sales team. This position will assist the Marketing Manager to develop first to market content opportunities with the focus on driving revenue for Barstool Sports. The position will incorporate project management, research, writing, editing, and production of important sales collateral. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, solutions-oriented, strong storyteller and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will support and specialize in pre-sales, helping to manage RFP responses, content ideation, and general presentation materials across all of Barstool’s franchises and platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Handling the pre-sale process of sponsorships and custom brand programs, including RFPs, materials for client meetings, and pitches, ensuring all collateral and concepts align with the respective brand and are approved by all appropriate parties.
  • Supporting the development of custom content and sponsorship opportunities, conceptualizing solutions that excite media buyers, deliver value to our audience, and drive revenue for Barstool Sports.
  • They are supporting the creation of sales marketing collateral, positioning business unit assets (i.e., shows, tent poles, events, etc.) in a positive light, maximizing client relevancy and Barstool’s competitive distinctness with the use of third-party data sources.
  • Develop case studies to highlight Barstool’s highly successful programs and partnerships.
  • Collaborating with many cross-functional groups to respond to Sales and Content requests
  • Maintaining a pulse on the media industry, including assisting with competitive marketplace analysis.

What You Have

  • 2+ years of top agency or media company experience
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and communication skills, with an understanding of how to craft and evolve sales narratives
  • Journalism majors or individuals with extensive copywriting experience preferred 
  • Powerpoint Superstar with a strong eye aesthetics
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage various projects
