Client Support Specialist



 As a Client Support Specialist, you will support our Account Management department to ensure that the Respage services ordered by our clients are initiated and rolled out on a property level. You will be the first line of defense for client interaction and troubleshooting through online communication and multiple touchpoints. You must be technically savvy with not only social media but also with CRM and Dashboard systems. On a daily basis, you will be engaged in not only backend end processes but will also be working on the front end in running webinars to train properties on our services and help them utilize our products to the fullest.


  • Deliver property level email communications
  • Bimonthly property calls
  • Property level rollouts
  • General training refreshers
  • Monitor Respage Live Chat
  • Monitor general and support inboxes
  • Teamwork project task lists
  • Troubleshooting with our clients
  • Monthly audits
